All property is open to thorough public inspection/preview; Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals encourages all bidders to personally inspect all items themselves BEFORE BIDDING. The entire risk as to the quality, authenticity and condition rest solely with the buyer. Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals attempts to describe the lots as accurately as possible in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction, but makes no representations to its genuineness, current value or its use. It is the Bidder's sole responsibility and risk to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Do not rely solely on any descriptions or pictures provided by seller or Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals. Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that all property is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Payment Terms: A 15% buyers fee plus a 3% site fee and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases (sales tax will not be charged if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of Sales Tax Certificate at time of Purchase or on vehicles). Successful bidders will receive an email invoice immediately following auction close. Full payment of invoice is required within 24 hours of the invoice date. Credit cards on file will be charged automatically after this time. Call our office at (847) 844-9922 immediately if you wish to pay with something other then your registered credit card. Accepted means of payment are Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Wire Transfer. Full payment must be made and properly honored before any auction item will be released to buyer, packed or shipped.
The Bidder, grants Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 24 hours of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, packaging, shipping, storage, disposal fees, as well as for any other costs/ charges and/or fees incurred.
All titles will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity.
Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please DO NOT BID.
Pickup, shipping and handling is the sole responsibility of the Bidder.
Picking Up Your Purchase: If you are picking up, please pickup during pickup dates and times only. A PAID RECEIPT from Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals is required for pickup. If you are paying on pickup, please contact us immediately. Pickup is Auction Day until 4:00pm and Monday, June 24th. from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Failure to make pick up or shipping arrangements with 72 hours or 3 business days after close of auction will result in automatic packing and shipping charges being applied to credit card on file and items shipped at auction houses convenience.
Need Your Items Shipped?: The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals works with national shippers and can provide shipping quotes after payment of invoice. You may provide your own shipper. Special packaging, palletizing and/or handling if needed may require additional charges. All orders requiring shipping will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days after auction date and payment has been confirmed from Carpentersville, Illinois 60110. Shipping charges will be billed separately on registered credit card unless you contact us immediately. If you are using your own shipper: All additional charges, including packaging & handling must be paid prior to auction items release to any shipper. Failure to make pick up or shipping arrangements with 72 hours or 3 business days after close of auction will result in automatic packing and shipping charges being applied to credit card on file and items shipped at auction houses convenience.
Both the seller and/or Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals reserve the right to withdraw any item, at any time, re-catalog and/or extend the auction duration in this auction or any other auction. Some items may have a reserve or minimum and will not be sold unless the reserve or minimum price has been obtained. Donley Auction Service/The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Announcement day of sale takes precedence over all written information.
Buyers Premium:
There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to Hammer Price. Plus an additional 3% site fee. Total Buyer's Premium will be 18%.

Sales Tax:
Illinois residence requires us to collect 7% sales tax on purchases. (sales tax will not be charged if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your state issued Sellers' Permit/Tax ID certificate or on vehicles).
