This is a real gem It occupied Cover #2 (Inside Front Cover) of Etude Magazine, which was dedicated to music, and first published in October 1883. Titled "A Dutch Treat", it depicts an African-American chef lading out Cream of Wheat to a gaggle of small Dutch children, coomplete with ducks looking to hone in on it. It was painted by Edward V. Brewer for Cream of Wheat Co., Copyright 1915 by Cream of Wheat Co. This is something for a Diner, or Coffee Shop, to frame. Condition: Fair to Good - Edges have some wear damage
