Conditions of Sale

Please email shopwithme which method of payment you are using if not pay via Paypal.

All sales are final, no returns. Items come from a smoke and pet free environment. Credit card charge backs are not allowed. When you sign up to bid you are signing up under these condition set forth, including all Purchase Price, Shipping, Buyer's Premium, Taxes, Payment & Terms of Sale section of this contract.

Buyers Premium & Taxes

A 15% buyers premium is included on all invoices. 6% sales tax will apply to Idaho buyers.

Contract

You are signing up to bid with shopwithme timed auctions and all conditions set forth is considered a binding contract. Any buyers who do not pay their invoice will not be allowed to bid on shopwithme auctions and will be reported to AuctionZip.

Condition

All items are sold "as is." Descriptions of items being sold are done according to how shopwithme sees each individual item. See all photos and bid accordingly.

Payment

Paypal, Credit cards, check or money order are accepted forms of payment, due upon invoice receipt. An invoice will include shipping address if paying via check or money order. You must contact shopwithme via email after receiving an invoice if not paying via PayPal stating your payment method.

Shipping

All shipping/handling costs are included on your invoice. Shipping is by either USPS or UPS within 5 days of receiving money.
