Antique 19th Century W. D. Allison Doctor's Exam Table This comes from the mid-1800's, one of our client's father was a doctor, who collected a bevy of Antique Doctor Equipment, this Exam Table being one of them. It's in very good condition for its' age, the only flaw is that about 6" of decorative relief work is missing on one side. It's Oak, that has, at some point, been painted black. And, all the parts work, including The Brass Stirrups can be put at different heights The Head and Footer can be raised to various levels The Floor Pedal to open the trash comparment functions It has two draws for storage, and, under the top board, near the stirrups, is a sink. If you are a Doctor, or not, that collects Antique Medical Equipment, this piece is for you. We can speculate on any number of uses for it, such as, a kitchen work table, with having a sink, a work table for your gardening, as it could also serve as a base, and be rather funky, for your large television, or other electronics.
