Artistic Exports LLC Terms and Conditions
All properties offered and sold through Artistic Exports LLC shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth below. By bidding at the auction, whether present in person or by agent, by absentee bid, telephone, internet or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PROPERTIES SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. A buyer's premium (depending on final hammer price) will be added to the hammer price of each lot for bidders. Plus 5% Invaluable.com fee.
3. We recommend Internet bidders register at least 48 hours prior to an auction to give enough time to process and approve their registration.
a. Individual clients may need to provide photo identification (such as Driver's license, National ID Card, or passport) and if not shown on the ID document, proof of your current address.
b. Corporate clients must present a Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent documents verifying identity.
Returning Bidders may be asked for current identifications. The bidding process will be explained to bidders prior to an auction. All bidders shall obtain a bidding number prior to the start of the auction. All bidders shall keep the number under his/her safe custody. The number shall not be lent to any other person(s). Otherwise, he/she shall bear all the responsibilities associated with the use of his/her number for bidding or any other use. If there are any questions, please contact us at (505)-321-6810.
4. Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, neither the auctioneer or the consignor makes any guarantee of the authenticity of the merchandise. Any descriptions, condition reports, and any other statements are our opinions and are not to be relied upon as facts. No employees are authorized to make any warranties of any kind on behalf of Artistic Exports LLC. Potential buyers must rely only on their own inspection of the merchandise. Artistic Exports LLC offers free previews and high resolution photos for potential buyers to review and make their own conclusions about the piece.
5. All purchases (including buyer's premium) will be subject to a WY State Sales Tax of 6%, unless lots are being shipped out of state, or if the purchaser has a valid Tax Exempt or Resale Certificate (an actual resale certificate must be presented or a copy held on file with Artistic Exports LLC).
6. All telephone and left bid buyers must provide a credit card to secure a bidding number. Once the bidder wins the item being auctioned, he/she will receive an invoice by email within 24-48 hours with instructions regarding payment and shipment of the item. Artistic Exports LLC reserves the right to require up to 20% deposit from telephone and left bidders bidding on items valued in excess of $10,000.
7. We accept payment by credit cards (MC, Visa, AE and Discover), check, cash, wire transfers, etc. All payments shall be made in US Dollars. Buyers can only collect lots after their balance due is paid in full. Should payments be made by check or draft, lots will only be released after bank clearance. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 6 DAYS OF THE AUCTION. If the buyer fails to pay within 6 days, Artistic Exports LLC reserves the right to cancel the sale and reoffer the items and will hold the bidder responsible for any loss or other fees or damages incurred (Buyers are required to pay a 10% of the hammer price as Liquidated damages). Title transfers only when Artistic Exports LLC receives full and clear payment of the purchase price and any associated fees.
8. All properties purchased from Artistic Exports LLC must be collected or shipping arrangements made within 45 days of the auction. Artistic Exports LLC is not responsible for paid items left for over 45 days after the auction date (unless a prior agreement has been made). Items left past 45 days will incur a storage fee of $10.00 per day per item. Once storage fees have exceeded the actual purchase price of the item(s) Artistic Exports LLC can exercise the right to re-auction.
9. All items are sold to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the arbiter of any disputed bid. He may reopen bidding at his discretion and reject bids deemed inappropriate. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item and to reoffer the item at another time. Every effort is made by the auctioneer to execute all bids, including floor, absentee, telephone and internet bids. We are not responsible for any missed bids. Artistic Exports LLC reserves the right to cancel any sale or bid before, during, and after the auction.
Shipping Terms
Shipping arrangements must be made within 45 days of sale(Sometimes Delayed due to weather or others). We can provide shipping quotes or other information after the sale. Please send your correct shipping address to [email protected]
Sales Tax

The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item. Details on accepted payment methods and where to send payment are provided in an invoice from the seller.
Payment Accepted via PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, WIRE TRANSFER and CHECK (contact for check).
As used herein the term "bid price" means the price at which a lot is knocked down to the purchaser and the term "purchase price" means the aggregate of
(a) the bid price,
(b) A PREMIUM PAYABLE BY THE PURCHASER DEPENDING ON THE FINAL BID AMOUNT & 5% (Invaluable.com Live Fee)

DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS
By participating in Artistic Exports, LLC's Auction, the bidder entriely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with Artistic Exports, LLC. By placing a bid the bidder specifically agrees that bidder will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card, or any other third-parties. Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that bidder will pay Artistic Exports, LLC a minimum of $300 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of USJL's approval of the application of the bidder to bid in Artistic Exports, LLC's auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by bidder against Artistic Exports, LLC and further agrees that bidder is liable to Artistic Exports, LLC for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims.
Orders above $10,000 will be required to remit payment via Wire Transfer or Check, Credit card payments will not be accepted. Certain exceptions may apply.
Shipping Terms
Shipping will be added to each invoice at the end of the auction and will be calculated according to size, weight, and geographical location. Please allow 1 to 6 weeks for shipping. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Upon the close of auction, you will receive an Invaluable invoice with all pricing details. All shipments are shipped by USPS within US borders. Orders outside the US are shipped by the FedEx Postal Service. Actual shipping charges plus the cost of the packing and materials are added to the invoices. Please make sure to confirm our address through Invaluable is the correct shipping address. The address you have on your Invaluable account will be the address that is printed on your invoice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the shipping address on the invoice is correct prior to shipping. Artistic Exports, LLC is not responsible for outdated or incorrect shipping addresses associated with the buyers account. Buyers will be charged any additional rerouting fees associated with incorrect addresses. We will do our best to have all invoices emailed to all of our customers 5-10 business days after each auction. Please be patient, we ship thousands of items and it does take some time to properly pack your new purchase. We want it to arrive safely!
