All items offered are in AS-IS condition. Any information given as to the origin or age of any item was provided by the Seller and is in no way meant to be definitive. You be the judge. By registering and bidding at this timed auction, you agree to enter into a binding agreement to pay for you item(s) if you are the high bidder are responsable for having the correct contact information on file and agree to not charge back on your Credit card if applicable. Bidder also agrees that the Seller or their agent may hold title to items until the funds clear the bank.

Payment

We will accept cash, Arkansas business or personal check w/ proper I.D., Visa, MasterCard & Discover Card credit or debit, WePay &PayPal. A 4% CC Fee and/or 5% Online bidding fee will apply. Purchases over $5000 will be paid in cash or certified bank check only. Items will be released when the funds clear the bank.

Pick up terms & Shipping

This is a online auction only. Hours for pick up are from 10-5pm wednesday & Thursday. All items MUST be paid for within 5 working days. For after hours pick up please contact John @ 501-258-4400.
