  • Notes: This piano was located in the childhood home of Jacqueline Kennedy, Hammersmith Farm, in Rhode Island, which was later dubbed the "Summer White House" during Kennedy's presidential term. Situated in the deck room, the Aeolian Piano was an entertainment staple during family functions including the 1953 wedding reception for Jackie and John F. Kennedy and a private show by Liberace.
  • Condition: Good/Fair, surface wear, rubbing, and marks, stands secure but needs additional bolts, some keys stuck and angled, some cracking and chips to keys, oxidation to pedals and lyre, lyre requires hardware, hinge pins in place, some dampers possibly missing, crack to soundboard, needs significant repairs and tuning. **Note: Condition reports are based on visual inspection under typical office lighting. Unless otherwise noted, items are not examined under UV light in advance of sale.
