Conditions of Sale
Auction closes on May 5th. Buyers premium is 10%. Sales tax, VA sales tax of 5.3% will be applied to buyers in Virginia. All out of state buyers will be charged sale tax that applies to your state. Credit card fees do apply. Payment must be received before pick up or shipping of any items. Some lots are not eligible to be paid for with a credit card. These lots are not eligible for shipping. Payment arrangements must be made for these items before pick up. Please email [email protected] or call 434-315-4725 to arrange payment on these lots.
ALL invoices must paid for or arrangements must be made by May 7th or lots will be considered abandoned. Buyers who do not pay their invoice or make arrangements for payments within 2 days after invoices are sent out may have their credit card automatically charged. PLEASE READ SHIPPING TERMS BEFORE YOU BID.
If you are picking your items up please be prepared to bring help to load your purchases. Item pick up will be at 1975 S. James Madison Hwy Farmville, VA on May 10th for 12pm to 6pm and on May 11th from 9am - 10am. If you can not pick up your item on on either of those days please call 434-315-4725 to make arrangements.
Shipping Terms
Shipping is available on some items only. IF shipping is available it will be labeled Shipping Available in the title of the lot. If an item is not labeled Shipping Available in the title it will not be shipped. Shipping cost will be determined AFTER the auction has closed and winning buyers invoices are figured. Buyers will receive a separate shipping invoice once the auction has closed.
If any buyer wins a bid on an item that is pick up only they are responsible for picking that item up. King Meeks Auction Co will not be responsible to shipping any item that is not eligible for shipping. If a buyer wins a lot labeled NO SHIPPING and is not able to pick it up or arrange for pick up the buyer IS still responsible for paying for the lot or lots they have won. Buyers are responsible making sure they can pick up a NO SHIPPING lots before bidding.
All items that are available for shipping will be shipping out after May 12th. No shipping outside of the continental US.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated and collected for each buyers state. Virginia state sales tax is 5.3%.
