Conditions of Sale

All items offered are in AS-IS condition. Inspection is encouraged. All items are used. Contact John Saugey @ 501-258-4400 for info. All sales are FINAL. No refunds. By registering and bidding at this timed auction, you agree to enter into a binding agreement to pay for you item(s) if you are the high bidder and agree to not charge back on your Credit card if applicable, Bidder also agrees that the Seller or their agent may hold title to items until the funds clear the bank.

Payment

We will accept cash, Arkansas business or personal check w/ proper I.D., Visa, MasterCard & Discover Card credit or debit, WePay &PayPal. A 4% CC Fee and/or 5% Online bidding fee will apply. Purchases over $5000 will be paid in cash or certified bank check only. Titles will be given when the funds clear the bank.

Pick up terms

This is a PICK UP ONLY auction. Hours for pick up are Thursday May 16th 9am-3pm thru Saturday May 18th 9am-3pm. Items may also be picked up after 3pm on Sunday, May 19th. All items MUST be paid for and removed by 2pm Monday May 20th. For after hours pick up please contact John @ 501-258-4400.
