Wehrly's Auction Service has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold, however neither Seller nor Auctioneer guarantee the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold "AS IS" no guarantees, resales or credit card chargebacks allowed. The Auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale.
Wehrly's Auction Service makes no warranties or representations whatsoever Wehrly's Auction Service expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the use or storage of any such lot.
LEGAL CLAIMS: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. is being held in Glen Rock, PA, and York County. Any and all legal action brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in York County, PA.
POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. Auction Zip will email all bidders informing them of the status of said Auction.
If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.
Upon the fall of the hammer or said sold, the title and responsibility for each item or lot passes to the purchaser.
In the case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will determine the successful bidder or re-offer and resell the item in dispute.
YOUR BIDDING ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE.WE STOP APPROVING BIDDERS AT MID NIGHT THE NIGHT BEFORE AUCTION DAY. WE DO NOT APPROVE ANYONE WHEN THE AUCTION STARTS.
ABSENTEE BIDS will be accepted, In the event of duplicate bids, the first bid received will take precedence. Absentee bids will not be executed on items which are found to be other than described in the catalog. It is entirely possible to buy items by absentee bid for less than your top bid price. All sales are final and must be paid in full immediately. Items must be inspected before leaving absentee bids.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the Auctioneer deems such action necessary to protect his interest. If shipping is requested by the purchaser, all packing and UPS shipping charges will be C.O.D.

If you live in Pa., VA or MD. please email us if you want your items shipped.

Shipping Terms
THIS IS A ON LINE ONLY AUCTION. SHIPPING IN HOUSE and some SHIPPING WILL BE DONE THROUGH POSTAL CONNECTIONS
PICK UPS ARE WED FROM 10 TO 4 AND THURSDAY FROM 9 TO 2
NO ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP DAY OF AUCTION. WE ARE NOT SHIPPING.
If the items can not be picked up then they will have to go to Postal Connections. Once you pay your invoice we will take your items to Postal Connections for a flat rate of $5.00. They will then contact you about shipping. Postal Connections number is 717-718-1773.
SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU BUY. WE DO NOT SHIP BOX LOT ITEMS, FRAMED ART/PICTURES OR MIRRORS. WE WILL NOT SORT THROUGH THE ITEMS AND SHIP ONLY WHAT YOU WANT.
Pick ups are Wed and Thursday from 10 to 4.
We are a Bi weekly auction. If items are not picked up after two weeks (14 days) your items will be resold or given back to the consignor. If this happens then you will not be allowed to bid at any of our auctions.
