Payments are to be made within 24 hours of being notified by auction company that you have won the bid. Auction company only needs to be contacted if you do not want credit card on file with AuctionZip, ArtFact, or Invaluable charged. 12% buyers premium from Kraft Auction Service and 3% buyer's premium from AuctionZip Live, for a total buyer's premium of 15%.
Kraft Auction Service does not ship items, but we will help in arrangement of shipping. We recommend Pak Mail in Valparaiso, IN and they can be reached at 219-462-2685. They will pick-up, pack, and ship all items at buyer's expense. The buyer will pay them directly for this service. Other local businesses provided this service, and can be found online.

Buyers are expected to exercise due diligence before deciding whether or not to bid. All auction items are sold on a "where is - as is" basis. There are absolutely no returns or charge backs on items purchased at our auction! Once you bid on it and buy it, you own it! So only bid if you are serious about buy the item and paying for it.

Sales Tax
If you are a resident of Indiana, you will have to pay 7% Indiana Sales Tax. If you have a resale number, you must provide that so you do not have to pay the taxes. You must email that to me at [email protected]. All other out of state buyers, you do not have to pay the sales tax. International buyers will have to all applicable taxes when item enters their country.
