Conditions of Sale

All items in this auction will need to be picked up in Somerset NJ on Friday 6/25 between 1-4pm. Bring Help to load your items! There is no one to help you load. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Wednesday June 23rd. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned, with no refunds. Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction. If Payment is not arranged within 48 hours of auction close, your card on file will be automatically charged. All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. Buyer must bring own help, packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. Buyer must make an appointment after invoice paid, appointments are on a 1st come 1st serve and are not confirmed until you hear from us.

Only Watches and Sneakers in this auction can be shipped.
SHIPPING - There is a $15 handling fee for the first lot ($5 each additional), plus actual USPS postage, and insurance. We do not ship lots containing large quantity of items ( table, shelf, closet lots, etc). Some lots containing multiple items, additional handling charges may apply. If you want an item shipped, email us ( HLippitt@NJGarageAndEstateSales.com after paying original invoice thru liveauctioneers. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal usually within 3 business days after auction ends or via AuctionZip. Some very fragile, hard to pack items, such as prints and paintings, may be packed and shipped by our local UPS store. Buyer is responsible for their charges. If we have to take something to the UPS store for shipment, there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. We do not ship furniture.
