All items are SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS with all faults, we encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items.

Martin & Rutt Auctioneers will not hold any items for pickup beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by the designated time. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up and will lose their right and claim to the property.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items, or that they have chosen to not personally view them.
Martin & Rutt Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any and all bids at our sole discretion.
This auction has a 15% buyer's premium.
By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all the terms posted for this auction.
There is no shipping/transporting/packing services offered by Martin & Rutt Auctioneers
Buyer will bring any/all help they need the day of pickup. Martin & Rutt Auctioneers will not have any staff able to help load. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damages to the home that occur removing their pieces from the homeowners property.
Buyer will bring any blankets, straps, or boxes they need to help secure their pieces. Martin & Rutt Auctioneers will not have any packing or tie-downs at the pickup time.
Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up and will forfeit their right to claim the property. Unclaimed lots can result in a $25 removal fee depending on the size of the lot
Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale and shall have no liability for such withdrawal.
This is a public auction; all sales are final. ABSOLUTLY NO RETURNS.
