*Auction Terms and Conditions* PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ANY LOTS SPECIFIED AS *TEXAS RESIDENTS ONLY* IF YOU ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT! You must have a valid Texas Driver's License to purchase. You Will Be Charged a 50% RESTOCKING FEE AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM!

1. Full Payment is due the day of the auction. Strictly CREDIT CARD, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express. 18% online buyers. No drafts. Please make full payment before leaving premises for any reason. Appropriate sales tax will be collected.

2. All descriptions that appear herein have been consequently described by the seller and the auctioneers; however, neither the seller nor the
auctioneers assume any liability for any errors or omissions.

3. The seller and the auctioneers make no representation of warranty
on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or
particular purpose, and do further state the goods are to be as is,
and without recourse.

4. Auctioneers reserve the right to group, regroup or piecemeal any lot or
number of lots prior to or during the course of the auction.

5. Pick-up begins Saturday August 1st from 10:00AM-4:00PM (Closed Sunday). Pick-up week will be Monday August 3rd through Friday August 7th from 10:00AM-4:00PM by appointment with the Signup Genius link provided in your invoice. Nothing shall be removed without a paid receipt. EVERYTHING NOT PICKED UP BY 4:00PM FRIDAY August 7, 2026 OR MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DELIVERY WITH A SHIPPING COMPANY/HAULING COMPANY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $10/LOT/DAY. IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP OR ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE AUCTION, YOUR PROPERTY IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOMES PROPERTY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.

6. The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot purchased from the
time the auctioneer calls it sold. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers
assume any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft occurring after the
hammer falls.

7. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers assume any responsibility for any
injuries suffered while inspecting or buying.

8. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check the federal, state and
local laws governing the purchase, possession and transportation of all items.
