TROY HOWELL is a noted American writer, artist and illustrator, known especially by his cover art for Brian Jacques, "Redwall" fantasy series and Greek and Norse mythologies by Mary Pope Osborne. Howell was born in Long Beach, California. As a youth, Howell had an experience similar to Brian Jacques—a teacher couldn't believe that one of his writings was his own, and said that he had stolen it from a "Boys Life" magazine. He began his art career at "Cricket" magazine."

PETER FIORE is a noted American artist, illustrator, and American landscape painter who is best known for painting light. He has won a number of awards, including first place for landscape in the Art Renewal Center's Annual Salon as well as receiving a Grand Prize in the America China Oil Painters Artist League (ACOPAL) Open Competition. He has been featured in an assortment of publications including "Fine Art Connoisseur" as an "Artist to Watch". His paintings are in many private and corporate collections. Peter was born in Teaneck, NJ. He studied at Pratt Institute and the Art Students League of New York. Previously, he worked as an illustrator collaborating on thousands of projects. He has been on the faculty at Pratt Institute, Syracuse University and presently teaches at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Peter has given numerous guest lectures and workshops on painting. His work has been represented in prestigious galleries across the country. Peter lives and works along the Delaware River in northeastern Pennsylvania. He says in his thoughts on art: "I am interested in making the simple profound, always searching for that universal moment in the world around us. I draw inspiration for my landscape paintings from many places, it comes from the trees and fields near my home in rural Pennsylvania along the Delaware River as well as my frequent visits over the years to New England."
