PACKING & SHIPPING: There will be a $10.00 packing charge on all Hand Guns & Non Firearms plus postage and insurance. We ship USPS If it Fits it Ships boxes however some purchases may require that we ship by UPS and will be charged accordingly. We will pack, insure and ship Long Guns for $45.00 per Gun Box, Priority Mail or Express Mail. We will pack as many guns in a box as possible. We will obtain insurance on your behalf. At the end of the auction you are the owner. We ship USPS. If for some reason there is a claim for loss or damage it is your responsibility to file a claim
Wehrly's Auctions has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold; however, neither the Seller nor Auctioneer guarantees the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold AS IS and should be examined prior to bidding. The auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. All sales are final . All lots are sold "AS IS" no guarantees, resales or credit card chargebacks allowed. Wehrly's Auctions makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning the fitness for use, safety to fire, or to store, or reliability of any firearm, ammunition, or parts or components thereof, whether antique or modern. Any use of such is entirely at the user's risk. Wehrly's Auctions expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury, or damage resulting to any person from the use or storage of any lot.
1. FFL REGULATIONS: All items are sold subject to Federal and State Regulations. All Modern Guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by Wehrly's Auction Service. Buyers must be 21 years of age to purchase Modern Hand Guns, purchasers other than PA. Residents attending the auction must have a FFL or licensed dealer in their state to receive USPS shipment. Auction attendees 18 years of age may purchase Modern rifles and shotguns, non attendees and on line bidders must have an FFl or licensed dealer in their state to receive USPS shipments. Shipping provided by Wehrly's. See shipping terms. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales. All Modern Long and Hand Guns MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER in your state.
2. INSTA CHECK: charges will be paid for by Wehrly's Auction.
3. ON LINE BIDDERS: registration for auction closes 8 hours before scheduled auction. No one will be approved on AUCTION DAY. IF YOU ARE A WINNING BIDDER PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE AUCTION IS OVER WITH BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR MERCHANDISE. NO ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSED DURING THE AUCTION.
4. AUCTION RULES: If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.

7. LEGAL CLAIMS: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. is being held in Glen Rock, PA, and York County. Any and all legal action brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in York County, PA.
8. POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. Auction Zip will email all bidders informing them of the status of said Auction.
All winning bid items must be paid and picked up by 5:00 pm 14 calendar days after the auction or the buyer will be responsible for any & all charges associated with storage and/or the resale of your purchase.
