All Items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" and no Mileage is Guaranteed. Cash day of Auction, (Vehicles & Titles Held if Paid by Check until Cleared), Visa/MC w/ 3% Clerking Fee. Out of State & International On-Line Bidders note Seller is willing to allow extra time for removal, However all items must be paid in Full day of auction and items would be left at Buyer's Risk. Buyer's Premium: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium (5%-Auction House-5% Invaluable) added to the successful hammer price of each lot.
Please note DAF Auction Inc is providing Internet pre-bidding and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction due to many different factors. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against DAF Auction Inc, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. We highly recommend the Bidder place their bid early using the proxy bid feature. DAF Auction Inc reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction and if necessary re-catalog an item. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment in the best interests of the seller. All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter.
Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on and once Buyer has won the bid you have entered into a contract to purchase and will be expected to pay for the item.

Ohio residents 6.5% Sales Tax added to invoices. Ohio Tax Exempt forms must be on file with our Auction Company prior to auction or tax must be paid.
