A cheque for two pounds drawn on the Terenure branch of the Royal Bank of Ireland, payable to Patrick Duggan, endorsed with his mark, witnessed by M.J. O'Malley, Rosmuc.

Other Notes: Padraig Pearse owned a small, traditional cottage near Rosmuc, overlooking the lakes and mountains of Connemara, which he used as a summer residence and summer school for his pupils from St Enda's, in Dublin.
