ON-LINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Lots Sell As-Is, Note these items were used and show expected wear. Payment is due in full upon closing of the auction. We accept Pay Pal, On-Line Payment through WePay, Visa, Mastercard, Check (will be held at least 10 days to clear) or Money Order.
Buyer's Premium: There will be a 18% Buyer's Premium (13%-Auction House-5% Invaluable) added to the successful hammer price of each lot. Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases (7.25%) unless a sales tax blanket exemption is on file with Auction House.
Please note DAF Auction Inc is providing Internet pre-bidding and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction due to many different factors. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against DAF Auction Inc, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. We highly recommend the Bidder place their bid early using the proxy bid feature. DAF Auction Inc reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction and if necessary re-catalog an item. "Bidder's Choice" Lots will not be offered for Internet Bidding and will be passed. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment in the best interests of the seller. All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter.
Buyers shall rely entirely on their own due diligence in regards to grading. Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on and once Buyer has won the bid you have entered into a contract to purchase and will be expected to pay for the item.
PAYMENTS: NOTE: We will invoice you within one day of the auction and payment is due upon receipt. We don't automatically charge your card or add shipping costs. Shipping costs will be determined and paid between the Buyer and the Third Party Shipper (UPS Store - Pataskala, OH). We prefer Pay Pal (www.paypal.com - ID [email protected]) or we also accept WePay Online Payment Processing or you can call in your Visa/Master Card.
