Your Bid is Your Contract to Purchase. We are a small family owned Auction House and all or most items are on consignment. If you are the winning bidder, we FULLY expect you to complete the transaction with payment in full. All legal means to insure the successful completion of the transaction will be utilized to satisfy the terms and conditions of our Contract with our Seller(s). All items sold as-is, where-is with no guarantee expressed or implied in regard to authenticity, grade, or value. Please carefully view & Inspect the pictures provided and feel free to call or e-mail with any questions. Any grade or condition provided is the opinion of the Seller however not guaranteed. Again, Please carefully inspect the pictures of all items to make a determination as to the grade, condition and/or authenticity and bid accordingly. Please Note, All Announcements made day of sale take precedent over all printed material. Buyer accepts all faults of the merchandise whether known or unknown. Information given is from sources deemed reliable but NOT guaranteed by Sellers or Auctioneer. For Online Bidders, We accept all major credit cards by payment over the phone or via our secure payment form that you will find a link to in the invoice after the auction is over. There will also be a link in the invoice for Payment via PayPal. All Online Bidders please understand that All funds for purchase and transportation/shipping cost must clear prior to your items shipping out. The Auction House will Ship any and all of the items in this session anywhere in the U.S. and to many Countries abroad. Please keep in mind we pride ourselves in getting your merchandise to you quickly however in some cases it may take up to 7 to 10 business days to ship. All Shipping/Transport Cost and Insurance will be the expense of the Buyer. Payment
INVOICES will go out by the end of the 1st Business day following the Auction and will include all cost including shipping. Once Paid, we will start the boxing and shipping process and get your items out in the most efficient way so that we are not overcharging you, our Buyers for added expense. Affordable shipping and Happy Buyers is our goal that is why we package and ship IN-HOUSE and do not utilize an overpriced "pack & ship" Company.
Shipping Terms
Most items in this auction will ship via U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS. Please note, we pride ourselves on getting your merchandise out to you quickly however in some cases it may take 7 to 10 business days to ship. With that said, most purchases will ship out the week following the Auction. The quicker you pay your invoice, the quicker you will get your merchandise. We support the United States Postal Service and will use U.S.P.S. Priority Mail whenever possible. Affordable shipping and Happy Buyers is our goal that is why we package and ship IN-HOUSE and do not utilize an overpriced "pack & ship" Company. We combine shipping to keep your cost down and will utilize other shipping services at Auction House discretion.
