Buyer's Premium Terms
Auctions and Services Unlimited will have a 20% buyer's premium, unless otherwise noted. 5% of this premium goes directly to AuctionZip/invaluable
Sold "As Is". Please see description and pictures with regards to condition. Unsure? Please email us questions prior to bidding.We do our best, but do not guarantee in any way, NO REFUNDS
Local Midland/Odessa bidders may pick up firearms. Firearms purchased that can not be picked up by the buyer must have FFL faxed or emailed to us from the local dealer of your choice, we will ship the firearm to that dealer and you will fill out paperwork with that dealer: fax is 432-683-4042, We will not sell firearms to NY, NJ or Calif residents or any country outside the US. Furniture will not be shipped, must be picked up.
There are no refunds and no exceptions
Payment Instructions
Invoices are emailed out by Monday afternoon following the auction. We accept PayPal as well as wire transfers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank checks and money orders. The online payment option is not available for firearms or ammo. We do not have access to your card information, you need to call with CC information or use PayPal for these items. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOUR DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE, WE WILL CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE. PLEASE NOTE: If the PayPal "button" does not work, make PayPal payments to [email protected]. If you want to use a credit card, you may use the payment button provided (The payment option provided by AuctionZip/Invaluable will not allow firearms, bayonets or ammunition to be charged, so if you purchase one of these items, you can use Paypal or you must call us with your credit card, if you have not paid within four days after the invoice is sent, we will automatically charge your card..Payment is due within FOUR days of receiving your invoice. We will hold paid items here for a maximum of 10 days, unless other arrangements have been made. If not picked up within that time, we reserve the right to relist the items with the buyer forfeiting all payment.
Shipping Instructions
Buyer Pays Shipping Cost. Service and Handling If it fits in a USPS or FED EX flat rate box, we will ship. We will try to ship firearms ourselves. If it does not fit a flat rate box or is not a firearm,Shipping is invoiced separately if it is not on your invoice. If you do not pay shipping in a timely manner and leave the item with us over 30 days, it will be resold for storage fees.If we can not ship ourselves we will take it to a third party shipper and you will pay them to ship. Your bid is a contract. Once you become the winning bidder you must make payment arrangements for your purchase. Failure to make such arrangements within 10 days of the Auction may cause you to become liable for legal action and you will lose your rights to the lots you bid on. Purchaser pays buyer's premium, and shipping (if required), in addition to total purchase price. The shipping of any purchased items outside of the United States is hereby classified as 'foreign export'. All foreign export is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURN POLICY: all items purchased at auction are final sale and no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

You can pay with the credit card on file with the link provided on the invoice if your purchase is not a firearm or ammo. You can use Pay Pal LINK . The Credit card link provided does not allow firearms, bayonets or ammunition to be charged- use Paypal or call us with credit card info. If no payment has been received four days after the invoice is sent, We do not have your Credit Card information. Link provided will not accept payments on firearms, if you purchase a firearm, call with credit card or use PayPal
