SN A057523. Cal. 5.56mm. 19" bbl. Fantastic H&K 91 professionally upgraded to belt-feed with quick change heavy bbl. This gun comes from the estate of an accomplished H&K aficionado who utilized this gun as both a semi-auto and full-auto. No trigger pack present, but otherwise this host gun is ready to go either way. Marked with "HK91" and SN on left side of receiver and "HK21A1" on top of receiver, it is fitted with an HK23E belt-feed system and HK23E bolt assembly. Special heavy 5.56XX45 bbl is No. 178. Both bi-pod and vertical fore grip are attached, as well as center of gravity carrying handle. Scope mount blocks at top of receiver. Although no trigger group is included with this lot, it will transfer as if it were a modern semi-auto rifle. PROVENANCE: From the Estate Collection of Noted Discerning Firearms Enthusiast, Donald W. Dix, Jr. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is absolutely outstanding with nearly all orig finish on black parts with the only loss of finish where bbl pivots within receiver and bi-pod legs swivel. Belt-feed mechanism is in excellent, pristine condition and operates perfectly when advanced by hand. No cover to the bottom of this assembly, so one may observe the fantastic condition. Hard composite furnishings also outstanding with one small ding on right side of buttstock. Bore is excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt shows evidence of firing, but otherwise excellent. For the advanced H&K enthusiast, this is an absolute dream come true. 51794-9 JWK
