Our owner, Ben Yoder, is licensed REALTOR to give you the maximum experience and expertise in liquidating real property.

Enlisted Auctions has a Certified Estate Specialist on staff to assist with each step of your estate liquidation. The duties of an administrator and executor/executrix are so tedious and unfamiliar for most people. Enlisted Auctions can offer advice and assistance to make the process a smooth and efficient one. Enlisted Auctions also offers personal property appraisals. These appraisals can range from a single piece to an entire estate. We have a full time CAGA certified appraiser available for your benefit.
