Crowning Touch is the only moving company in the U.S. with a consignment shop and auction house, enabling us to sell any items that our downsizing clients no longer want when they are moving. We hold our three-day auctions once a month in Roanoke's only licensed auction house without an auctioneer. We utilize a proprietary system that allows both in-person and online bidding. On Saturday night the auction ends at 8 p.m. We offer a soft bid close, which means if a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes. Bidding will remain open on such an item after 8 p.m. until more than 3 minutes have passed without an additional bid placed. Each auction features more than 1500 items, and the crowds just love the relaxed atmosphere and "no buyer's premium".
