We help people downsize - whether it is an older adult moving to a senior living community, an empty-nester moving to an easy-maintenance home, or anyone needing to declutter. We work with real estate agents, estate attorneys, insurance agents. moving companies, senior communities, and others as our clients go through the downsizing and relocation process.

We primarily serve clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX communities of Keller, Haslet, Roanoke, northwest Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, Watauga, Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, Grapevine, Colleyville, Haltom City, Hurst, Bedford and Euless. Our auctions are online-online and generally for local pickup.

Our broader services are "a-la-carte" and can be customized to the individual needs of each client. Clients can choose any combination of our space planning, packing, move management, resettlement, decluttering, estate sale and online auction liquidation services. We work closely with our clients and their families to help them determine what works best for them, from beginning to end, including shipping things to out of state family members and arranging for donation.

For estate liquidation, we offer both estate sale and online auction options.

Our online auction works like eBay, except the goods are local, the buyers are local, items are picked up locally, and sometimes the items can be previewed locally. If you're not local, we can arrange shipping depending on the item - don't be afraid to ask!

An estate sale are another option. We clean and display your goods on covered tables, set prices, and manage all the aspects of the sale days. Our clients do not have to be involved in the day-to-day preparation or execution of our estate sales. We pride ourselves in having some of the nicest estate sales you'll see in Dallas-Fort Worth, regardless of whether it is in a 900 square foot home in Watauga, or a 4000 square foot mansion in Southlake.
