Jason and his wife Ashley joined Randall Birchfield (Ashley's father) in 2005 and started their careers in the real estate and auction business. Jason took over the business in April of 2011 and serves as an affiliate broker and principal auctioneer with the firm. His wife Ashley currently stays home with the couple's three children.
