Owner, Bailey Ferge Jr. started into the Auction business January 1985 with 10 years of prior Auction experience. Later in the business he became a Real Estate Broker to provide Real Estate Auctions along with personal listings. Also, he is a certified personal property appraiser in all 48 states. Bailey became a trailer dealer in 1993 for Gooseneck Trailers and has since grown to several other manufacturers.

Ferge Auctions & Realty, LLC is an authorized dealer for Delta Trailers, Gooseneck Trailers, Circle W Trailers, Double G Trailers, DH Equipment, Worksaver Equipment and B & W Hitches. Our customers are our most valuable asset.
