In Lancaster County, the name Horst seems synonymous with auctioneer. It's no wonder, with over 100 years experience through five generations of the Horst family. Horst Auctioneers provides auction services and is located at 50 Durlach Road., on the corner of Rt. 322 in Ephrata.

T. Glenn worked with his father and grandfather in both custom building and auctioneering. T. Glenn's sons, Tim & Tom, joined the family business after graduating from high school and now Tim's sons Brent, Matt, & Derek are also auctioneering and helping with the family business. Auctions became their priority with the building of the Horst Auction Center at the corner of Durlach Road & Route 322. A Consignment auction featuring antiques, household goods and much more, is held every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. and on selected Saturdays. The Horsts also catalog antiques, coins, tools, & Firearms. There is seating for about 500 people and there are many display cabinets and a stage. A small restaurant features PA Dutch cooking and snack foods. Horst Auction Center is bright, roomy and clean!
