Bill has been a licensed Auctioneer for 25 years, being licensed in 2001.He is a graduate of Reading Area College School of Auctioneering, Reading,PA.During that time completed his practicum and was an Auctioneer Apprentice with Chesley Auctioneering of North East,PA.He went on to attend and graduated from Continental Auction School in Mankato,MN,where he was voted most Professional Auctioneer.He became certified as a Real Estate Auctioneer and Personal Property Appraiser.He has been a licensed PA Real Estate Agent since 1998 and an Associate Broker in NY State.Currently inactive. His Real Estate business affiliation was with Re/Max Real Estate Group in Erie,PA.He was a member of several real estate and auction organizations and MLS'.He was named to the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2010 and has received many awards both locally and nationally for Re/Max International,the largest real estate franchise network in the world. Re/Max Hall of Fame 2010/ Re/Max Platinum Club recipient 2008/ Ranked #4 in State of PA 2008 Re/Max PA/Delaware Region Most Team Transactions.
