Joe Kantz has been a licensed Auctioneer since August, 2023. Joe apprenticed with Dawn E. Miller who has been an auctioneer for over 45 years. Joe helped with over 200 auctions in his first two and a half years of apprenticeship. Joe is also a County Commissioner and knows the real estate market well in Central PA.
