Prior to that, his background included 16 years with The Federal Land Bank, Farm Credit and Commercial Banks as an Agricultural lender, appraiser, and Chief Financial Officer. Our primary focus has always been marketing farm and ranch properties, either by private treaty, or auction. Todd is a leading auctioneer specializing in large and complex multi-parcel auctions all over Texas and Oklahoma. His motto is “We Sell Land, and Everything On It”. He is the Chairman of the Stephens County Conservation District, former President of the Oklahoma State Auctioneer’s Association, and a longtime board member. Todd was a finalist 10 years in a row for the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Championships. Todd is a past board member of the Oklahoma Realtors Land Institute, and a member of the National Realtors Land Institute.
