Steve Jagger was born and raised in Centerburg, Ohio and still resides in the small rural town with wife (Andrea) and two sons (Lucas & Zachary). Steve Jagger belongs to the Knox County Chamber of Commerce, attends Centerburg Church of Christ, and has donated countless hours of time back to the community that has been so good to their family. In 1998 Steve Jagger attended Hondros Business College and was licensed as a real estate salesperson in Ohio. He has worked as a full time real estate agent since this time. Through very hard work and loyal clients Steve Jagger has been blessed with many sales awards and accomplishments. In 2011 he decided to introduce the auction method of marketing to his real estate business. Steve Jagger attended the Missouri Auction School and was licensed by the State of Ohio as an Auctioneer in 2012. From this time forward, Steve has sold approximately 75% of my real estate transactions utilizing the auction method. He has a vast knowledge of real estate, from large multi million dollar sales all the way down to the few thousand dollar rehab houses. Steve Jagger’s expertise includes – Farm Land, Residential Real Estate, Commercial, and Judicial Sales. Steve has utilized all of the known traditional methods to market real estate and has also kept up with the changing times to include social media, digital, video, and drone aerial photography to market properties in the best way possible to reach buyers.
