H. John Kramer is a seasoned Real Estate Auctioneer working western Ohio with the Halderman Real Estate & farm management company.

John specializes in the marketing of agricultural real estate by public auction

John started his career in 1973 with his late father, Horace J. Kramer who started in 1948. Together, they sold thousands of auctions under the brand of Kramer & Kramer Inc Auctioneers Realtors

Both are members of the Prestigious Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame.

John closed Kramer & Kramer Auctioneers in 2018 and now specializes in the selling of farm real estate.
