Our family-owned corporation was established in 1970 by WILLIAM KENT, and has grown and served the needs of many since that time. Mr. Kent graduated in 1952 from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Decatur, Indiana, and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1971. He has served as President of the New York State Auctioneers Association. Some other merits include: 1974 Farm and Land Appraisal School at Ithaca State College, Ithaca, New York; 1977 Ithaca State College Real Estate Appraising, Ithaca, New York; 1975 New York State Auctioneer of the Year; 1980 Hall of Fame Auctioneer at New York State Auctioneer convention; Member IFA: National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers; Bonded Auctioneer in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and New York. He has conducted auctions in many states in the US, as well as in Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
