Nye and Company Auctioneers and Appraisers

John worked at Sotheby's for fifteen years, rising to Senior Vice President and Director, American Decorative Arts, prior to leaving in 2003, when he acquired Dawson's Auctions. Over the ensuing years, he eventually renamed it Nye and Company. He is a frequent contributor to PBS' Antiques Roadshow.

The bulk of our consignments originate from the Tri-State Area, but we take business calls from and conduct appraisals all over the United States.
