Education: MBA University System of NH with a concentration in Economics; B.S. University of New Hampshire. 43 years involvement in real estate of which 37 years in the appraisal field, of commercial, industrial, land, residential properties and business valuations. Previous 12 years as a research economist.

35 years of estate appraisals both real and personal property. 25 years related to antiques, and art. Last 12 years as a research economist.

Many appraisal of real estate, antiques and art were subject to review by the IRS. Appraisals complied with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, USPAP.

Taught various graduate and undergraduate courses, testified as an expert witness at various court and administrative hearing venues at the County and State level, testified as an expert witness at the Federal Bankruptcy Courts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Personal Community Level: As a volunteer spent many years working with at risk children and teens, some were physically and developmentally challenged, given many gallons of blood, and hold two black belts.
