Russ and Diane Moravec started their auction business back in September of 1981. They conduct auctions of both real and personal property. They currently own and operate Moravec Auction Co. in David City,NE.Russ is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Nebraska. Russ has worked as an auctioneer at the Columbus Sales Pavilion since 1984 and the Omaha Auto Auction since 1991.Son's Matt and Trev are full time auctioneers as well. Trev is the 2021 World Champion Automobile Auctioneer and Matt is the 2022 World Champion Automobile Auctioneer. Russ Moravec was inducted in the Nebraska Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2023. You can see Matt and Trev selling cars with Mecum Auto Auctions. We conduct a number of Fund Raising Auctions every year. Russ and Diane pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
