In 1991, Taylor Auction Service changed its name to Taylor Auction & Realty and incorporated selling real estate by the auction method along with their personal property business of auctions and appraisals. In 1996, Taylor envisioned the requirement to change the name further to Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc., a Subchapter S Corporation. In 2007 Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. joined Market Alliance. MarkNet Alliance is a national membership-based network of successful auction firms that formed an alliance to expand existing business practices through technology, networking, and educational training.
