Company Organizational Structure and History:

Benny Taylor, President of Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc., began his career in 1983 under Taylor Auction Service. In 1984, Benny received his Certified Personal Property Appraiser Accreditation and incorporated this vocation into his present job. In 1991, Taylor Auction Service changed its name to Taylor Auction & Realty. It incorporated selling real estate by the auction method and their personal property business of auctions and appraisals. In 1996, Taylor envisioned the requirement to change the name further to Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc., a Subchapter S Corporation. In 2007, Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. joined Market Alliance. MarkNet Alliance is a national membership-based network of successful auction firms that allied to expand existing business practices through technology, networking, and educational training.
