Col. Timothy W. Rader,CA,CREA,CAGA, is a licensed auctioneer in the state of Missouri. Col. Rader, is a graduate of the world renowned Reppert School of Auctioneering in Auburn, Indiana and the Auction School of Real Estate of Mankato, Minnesota. Col. Rader is the only certified real estate auctioneer in the St. Louis area. My practice is limited to the sale of real estate, land and commerical property at auction. Col. Rader is certified personal property appraiser through the Continental Appraisal School of Mankato, Minnesota.
