inspection. Units will sell each for a bulk bid. Top bidder will pay a $50.00
deposit for each unit which will be refunded upon removal of all the contents.
Purchaser will have 24 hours to clean out unit or deposit will be forfeited.
Ohio Sales tax will be collected. Buyer will pay a 10% buyers premium minimum $20.
