SOFT CLOSE AUCTION, each lot will have a scheduled closing time with the first lot closing at 10:00 am. 30 seconds scheduled closing between each lot. If there is active bidding during the last 2 minutes of each lot, the lot will extend another 2 minutes until all bidding has stopped.
