Sale terms and conditions: we accept cash credit debit and check. The buyers premium is 14% with 4% way for cash or good check. First time check riders will be asked to pay the 4%. Sales tax is 7.25% in Lake County unless a signed tax exempt form is on file with your auction house. All items sold as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees.
