Certain similar lots or lots that could be used together will be linked together meaning these items will close at the same time. An example would be a combine and a header. These two lots will be linked together. If either of the lots are bid on the time will be reset on both. This method gives the buyers the opportunity to buy both items with out committing to one before the other.

Items will be in multiple locations, please read item description carefully for location details. Majority of equipment lots 1-500 will be will be located at The Green Works 1498 E 300 N RD, Cowden, IL 62422 Items at the green works can be viewed dawn to dusk each day. If the items you wish to inspect are not at the Green Works please call ahead to schedule and inspection time.

Pick up and load out will be 7 A.M - 5 P.M. Saturday August, 15th following the sale, if you are unable to make this time slot or need your items shipped please contact us so other arrangements can be made.

We will be using shipping saint to ship the smaller items, we can also help or arrange shipping for larger pallet items through fastenal, speeded, or LTL freight. Shipping and handling charges will be charged to the buyer.

For Equipment hauling call Jake at 618 918 9268. If your equipment needs dismantled for shipping we can arrange that for $160 per hour.

All items are subject to sales tax of 7.25% unless you are able to provide tax exemption information at or before settlement.

We will not charge additional sales tax on titled assets, sales tax for titled assets will be charged when you register title.
