August Online Auction

This will be our Pre-Harvest Machinery Auction,  an online-only auction with staggered soft close on August 20th at 6:00 PM CST. This auction includes Farm Equipment, Construction Equipment, Semi Trucks, Trailers, and Grain Carts! All items are located at 241 North Saint Francis Street, Poseyville, IN 47633.

Terms:  Auction is online only with soft close. Lots will staggered close at 6:00 PM CST. 5% buyer's premium on all items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All lots are bought As-Is Where-Is. Please read the Important Details below. Payment and Pickup Address is 241 North Saint Francis St, Poseyville, IN 47633. All payments are due within 5 business days of the auction. Check out will be 8-21-26; 8-24-26 to 8- 27-26 from 8:00am to 3:00pm CST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We do not have any options for alternate times. Accepted forms of payment are: ACH/Electronic check, Cash, and Cashier's Check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. ALL purchases over $2000 are wire transfer only! Wire transfer instructions are included on the invoice. SALES TAX APPLIES UNLESS THE BUYER PROVIDES an INDIANA SALES TAX exemption form. Out of the US, purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $50.00 fee will be added to all foreign wire transfers to cover Bank Fees. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify receipt of the invoice. Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. All shipping quotes include a $20.00 fee. Fork truck is on-site for loading. We do have a loading dock. We charge $95 per hour to disassemble any machinery.

Pickup and Payment :  Pickup and payment are on August 21st. and August 24th to 27th from 8:00 to 3:00 PM CST. We do not have any alternate pickup times.
