Northern Illinois craftsman Irv Termunde discovered his passion for woodworking while serving in the Army, working in the base wood shop. After returning home, he founded Das Woodwerk Haus, a tribute to his German heritage. Irv first began crafting wooden tractors before expanding his work to include trucks and heavy construction equipment. His attention to detail and craftsmanship resulted in some of the finest wooden models you'll find, representing countless hours of skill and dedication! AND all semi tractors and trailers are interchangeable, allowing you to create your own custom combinations.
