• Format & Condition: This is an Online Auction. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. We recommend in-person inspection. No items may be removed until paid in full.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check (with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee), MasterCard, and Visa.
• Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
• Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
• Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON Tuesday ONLY! Pickup is by appointment on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Failure to Pick Up & Late Penalties: All items must be picked up by 6:00 PM on the scheduled load-out day unless shipping arrangements have been made with RMEB Inc. Any bidder who fails to pick up their items or make approved shipping arrangements by that deadline will be charged the full amount of their invoice, plus a $25.00 missed pickup / post load-out handling fee. Items not picked up or approved for shipping will also incur a storage charge of $1.00 per lot, per day. Beginning on the sixth day after the scheduled load-out day, the storage charge will increase to $10.00 per lot, per day. If accrued administrative and storage fees equal or exceed the amount paid for the items, the bidder’s right to claim the items may be deemed forfeited. At that point, RMEB Inc. may dispose of or resell the items to recover costs, and no refunds will be issued.

• Appointments: You will receive a link with your invoice email to schedule your specific pickup time. Please book your slot immediately upon receipt.
