* Invoices will be e-mailed to you within two hours of the closing of the auction.  Please check the e-mail you provided when your registered.  If you do not see the invoice - check your spam folder.  If you think you bought something but didn't get an invoice via e-mail, call us at 765-675-6909 and we can tell you.

* PAYMENT:  Successful bidder must contact Cripe's Auction Service within 24 hours of auction close to finalize payment details.  Full payment must be made within 3 business days of the conclusion of the auction (August 26, 2026 at 6pm) unless prior arrangements have been made.  ACCEPTED PAYMENT is Cash, Certified Bank Check, or Wire Transfer.  Wire transfers will incur a $5 fee.  NO CREDIT/DEBIT cards accepted for this sale.  

 * FINANCING:  DO NOT "Bid first and try to set up financing after".  You must have your financing set up before the end of the sale and we do NOT offer financing.

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS-NO EXCEPTIONS as it is your responsibility to attend and view the items in person on posted preview dates.  Preview is always recommended.  You are 100% responsible for every bid placed under your on-line account, accidental or intentional.

* Immediately when an item is SOLD it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer.  It is the buyer's responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately.  Cripe's Auction Service is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

* PICK-UP SCHEDULE:  Monday, August 24th - Wednesday, August 26th from 10am - 6pm or by appointment only. A forklift, telehandler & operators will be available.  If you need to make different arrangements for pick up, COMMUNICATION IS KEY - PLEASE CALL US PRIOR TO OR ON Tuesday, August 25th.  Even if scheduling for a later pick-up, please understand, you MUST pay for your purchase by 6pm on Wed., August 26th.

* PLEASE RESPECT OUR  TIME  & OUR PICK-UP SCHEDULE AS WE RESPECT YOURS.  WE ARE NOT A STORAGE FACILITY.

* Any items not paid for and picked up by 6:00pm on Wednesday, August 26th, may be forfeited by the buyer and offered to the back-up bidder unless prior arrangements have been made.

* Auctionhouse, auctioneer and auctionhouse employees reserve the right to place bids.  

* Cripe's Auction Service reserves the right to deny and/or terminate bidding privileges at any time.

* ABSENTEE BIDDING IS STILL AVAILABLE.  Call us to inquire about this service and how it works. Auctionhouse and/or it's employees will place bids on your behalf if you are unable to attend the on-line auction.  

* SALES TAX will not be collected as this is an off-site auction.

* TITLED VEHICLE BUYERS (If Applicable):  A $25 title fee will be applied to every titled vehicle purchase.  Titles will be available for pick up or will be mailed to you with-in 10 business days of cleared payment regardless of payment method.  

* NO BUYER'S PREMIUM.

* PLEASE -- IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING FOR OR PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS ---  DON'T BID!  You will be excluded from bidding on any of our future auctions and we do report non-paying and difficult bidders to Hi-Bid so as to warn other auctioneers of potential problems with bidders.
