Sale Day Terms & Conditions

• Purchases over $5,000 may not be paid by credit card.
• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, good check, or wire transfer Credit Card Under 5000
• Payment is due no later than the day following the auction.
• Items will not be released from the current owner until a paid invoice is issued by the auction company.
• Buyers must present the paid invoice to the seller at pickup.
• Item location/address will be released to the winning bidder after payment is received.
• All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
• Buyers are given the opportunity to inspect items prior to bidding.
• A 15 % buyer’s premium applies to all online purchases on Auction Ohio 
• 10% on Equipment Facts 
• A 7% buyer’s premium applies to in-person bidding. 10% On Card under 5,000
• Buyer is responsible for removal and pickup within a reasonable No Later Than 2 weeks following auction day will be a storge fee charge of 25$ per day
