Selling the contents of the historical Circa 1875 home of Lieutenant Colonel George C. Hoover. George Hoover was a Lieutenant in the Confederate Army. He built this home as well as a general store and named it Hoovers Crossing. The auction will also include the partial estate of Mr. and Mrs. Haig Moseley, personal property, consignments, and much more! This will be a very large auction. Bring your truck and trailer!

 Directions:  From Hampton SC Hwy. 601/278 intersection, travel Elm Street (278) towards Varnville approx. 1 mile.  Turn right onto 4th Street and then another right on Oak Street.  Auction will be located directly behind the First Baptist Church of Hampton.

 Terms:  Cash, credit/debit cards, or checks accompanied with photo I.D. accepted. 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. Auction items sell “As Is,” “Where Is,” with no warranty “Expressed” or “Implied.” Settlement of purchases paid in full on auction day. ALL SALES FINAL!

 Inspection:  Friday August 21st from 11am-6pm and Saturday from 8am until sale time.
