Eaton Auction Center Transport: RMEB Inc. will transport small, hand-carried items to its Eaton Auction Center located at 24 Oak Avenue, Eaton, Colorado 80615 for $5 per item (minimum charge of $25). Those items will be available for pickup sometime in the future at a scheduled auction loadout for an auction conducted at the Eaton Auction Center.
Failure to Pick Up & Late Penalties: All items in this auction are located at a residence in Green River, Wyoming. All items must be picked up by 7:00 PM on the scheduled load-out day unless shipping arrangements have been made with RMEB Inc.
Any bidder who fails to pick up their items or make approved shipping arrangements by that deadline will be charged the full amount of their invoice, plus a $100.00 missed pickup / post load-out handling fee.
Items not picked up or approved for shipping will also incur a storage charge of $10.00 per lot, per day and moving and storage charges.
If accrued administrative and storage fees equal or exceed the amount paid for the items, the bidder’s right to claim the items may be deemed forfeited. At that point, RMEB Inc. may dispose of or resell the items to recover costs, and no refunds will be issued.
